Whatever your challenges are at the moment you can drop in to talk with us or give us a call. We'll listen without judgement, take the time to understand what's happening and do what we can to help. All our services are free and fully confidential.
Please arrive or contact us before 2.30pm so we have time to assist you.
Important: If you need support urgently during opening hours, please call or drop in rather than emailing.
How we help
Everyone's situation is different. You might need food to get through the week, help with an unexpected expense, support for your family, or someone to help you work through a more difficult situation.
Our team provides a wide range of support, without judgement and with respect for you and your circumstances.
Immediate Support
If you're struggling in any way give us a call and we'll sit down with you to understand your situation, provide food and material aid if needed, explain other options available and link you to further services if you would like.
If you are experiencing homelessness, sleeping rough or don't have somewhere safe and secure to live, you don't have to manage it alone. Our services provide practical assistance, outreach, showers and laundry, food and connections to other services that may be able to help.
Sometimes things are more challenging. Our experienced team can work alongside individuals and families facing more complex challenges. We take the time to understand your circumstances and can provide case management, advocacy, practical assistance and connections to specialist services.
You may be surprised by how much support is available in one place. Our other services include No Interest Loans (NILS), Tax Help, advice on energy costs, help with accessing and completing online forms, advocacy and referrals, as well as services provided by other organisations located at our Rosebud centre.
From immediate practical assistance to ongoing support for complex circumstances, our aim is not only to help with today's problem, but wherever possible, help people find a pathway forward.
